I started my crochet business last September before my birthday 💕. I applied for a grant to give back to the community and WON. 💕🥳🥹✨ I accepted it in December, ordered 403 skeins of yarn HOLY COW. It’s insane. But yarn heaven 😍 The goal is to donate 355 crocheted Winer hats to the elementary school kids before the end of winter.!! I have been slammed busy between that, momming, worrying, creating , healing. I’m so grateful I had the courage to get out there and make my dreams come true.

I’m on hat #13 I believe!? lol. I have some lovely volunteers and elementary school kids that are helping me too (how cool are they).!!

Halfway through the challenge and feeling super proud of myself!! Ok but am I the only one who couldn’t feel my legs after today’s workout? 🤣. I was wobblingggg 👏🏾💕 but I’m really appreciating these short, but intense and targeted exercises. It’s got me wanting to reshape my relationship with my movement practice. As someone who played sports majority of my life, I was used to long strenuous workouts every single day. But I’m starting to feel like longer doesn’t always mean more effective. Proud of everyone!! Keep going bad b’s 💐🥳💕🩷✨

my morning didn’t start off as well as I’d liked! I didn’t want to exercise and I was moody, my toddler was a lot first thing! But I got up and moved my body anyway and as always Ruth’s words were just what helped me along and got me through it. Then I got this wave of energy telling me I needed to bake. And soooo here we are, my first attempt at a baguette! It’s more like regular sandwhich bread. But, I am SO proud of myself for transmuting my moody energy into something as beautiful &yummy! ✨🥖🩷

Peaceful rising 🌞✨

Today is Day 2 back into body movement at 6 weeks postpartum.

I haven’t done Pilates since the beginning of my pregnancy so it’s been awhile. It feels so good to give my body what it needs to flow, feel good and release again. She curated 3 weeks of movement for so I could ease my way back into things and i just knew I’d kick postpartum but this time again! Also I love how Ruth is super intune with us. It’s like each video I press play to gives me everything I need and she says all the right things that a girl needs. It truly lights up my session ✨💐
