Where can I find the classes I see on your Instagram?

All clips shared on social media are directly from my classes. The specific class name is typically included in the post caption. Additionally, many popular clips come from my Beat Based class style!

Can I join as a beginner?

Absolutely. Many members have joined RPS as there very first form of consistent movement. My classes are divided by intensity/mood rather than beginner/intermediate/advanced because I find this to be a more accurate way of choosing the right class for you.  I offer options throughout every class to make them as accessible as possible. You might want to start with the Foundation Series of Hard + Soft Exploration to build up a strong base of knowledge and confidence. Or you could play around with an intuitive approach, trying classes in the Relax and Pulse levels first before jumping into Shake or following the Weekly Schedule to get a feel for each style!

What props are recommended for the membership?

Any of my classes can be done without props or with common household items instead. Checkout the "no props", "Chair", "wall" collections or filters to explore hundreds of options. However, I do love props and after a little while you may want to invest. Access the props guide here anytime. You can also take a look at the Props Collections to see what interests you!

How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Passwordless Sign-In option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the login page.

Do you offer financial aid? I am experiencing hardship.

A huge part of my mission with RPS is making pilates and high quality movement instruction accessible to folks around the world. Every single member of the RPS community who pays in full for my membership is a part of making this option available for folks already. Thank you for making this a possibility for those in our community who need it. I know first hand just how impactful this can be. If it weren't for the financial aid available at my dance school growing up, I wouldn't be here teaching today. How can I make sure I have access to your Sensulates videos when I sign up? Do I have to pay separately for anything?

As soon as you sign up you get instant access to all 400+ videos and programs. My membership is unlimited and once you join there is nothing you won't have access to. All you have to do is choose whether to pay monthly or annually. Everything is included for you.

How do I access the content? Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using the app?

Membership content is available on both app and web anytime, anywhere! Utilize the website from your phone, tablet or desktop if you prefer web over app. I recommend using Google Chrome if accessing videos on web. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

If you're using the mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection!

Should I finish the Foundation Series or another program before exploring your other classes?

If you are curious about other class styles please do not feel limited. The Foundation Series is a great place to learn classical pilates fundamentals, but it's not a requirement for my other classes. You can always go back to it! Another place that could be nice to play around in is the Hard + Soft since it's got a little bit of Sensulates, Classical Pilates and Weights. It's another great starting place. Exploring the main library and choosing intuitively is a great way to get a feel for my different levels and styles. I have lots of filters and collections to help you as well!

Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?
Buffering or playback issues are often related to your internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. You can also try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

If you signed up through the website: Sign into your account dashboard here. Click "Manage" under your membership and select "End Membership". Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period. If you signed up through the Ruth Pilates Studio app: Your subscription will be tied to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) and you need to cancel your subscription directly through the Subscriptions menu on your device. Here are the instructions for how to cancel your subscription via Apple and Google Play.

How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?
To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
To purchase a gift subscription, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer. You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details. After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with the gift code, and a shareable link that you can send to your recipient.
How do I redeem a gift subscription?
To redeem a gift subscription, use the link shared with you by the gift sender. Clicking the link will automatically apply the gift to your account. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
What is the Refund Policy?

Membership charges are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time and will keep access for the remainder of your pay period.
