Today is Day 2 back into body movement at 6 weeks postpartum.
I haven’t done Pilates since the beginning of my pregnancy so it’s been awhile. It feels so good to give my body what it needs to flow, feel good and release again. She curated 3 weeks of movement for so I could ease my way back into things and i just knew I’d kick postpartum but this time again! Also I love how Ruth is super intune with us. It’s like each video I press play to gives me everything I need and she says all the right things that a girl needs. It truly lights up my session ✨💐
