Halfway through the challenge and feeling super proud of myself!! Ok but am I the only one who couldn’t feel my legs after today’s workout? 🤣. I was wobblingggg 👏🏾💕 but I’m really appreciating these short, but intense and targeted exercises. It’s got me wanting to reshape my relationship with my movement practice. As someone who played sports majority of my life, I was used to long strenuous workouts every single day. But I’m starting to feel like longer doesn’t always mean more effective. Proud of everyone!! Keep going bad b’s 💐🥳💕🩷✨
