Pressing play on Day 2 of the Thaw Experiment. I’ve been sick for almost a week and today I finally have a bit more energy so I’m dipping my toes in the warm movement bath. I look forward to stepping back into Muscle Mami when my body is ready for it πŸ’– I’m grateful that we have so many choices that allow us to meet our bodies where they are.

Catching up, 5 days behind schedule! I was traveling in Turin in Italy last weekend, and this week I've been so flat emotionally. It's now over three months I've been living out of a bag having had to leave my home but purchased some weights now and a yoga mat in my new temporary location. Finally found some motivation this morning, my body is thankful but I'm still lost!

This is day 3 in a row as I catch up on the challenge. Rly looking forward to a needed rest day tmrw, my muscles need to sleep and repair to keep growing nice and strong. πŸ˜—πŸ’ͺ🏽
