I got emotional at the end! I can’t believe Muscle Mami is over! I’m so proud of myself for sticking with it and looking forward to these work outs. There were days I didn’t want to do it but I never regretted pushing play πŸ‘πŸ»

I’m proud of everyone who stuck with it and finished this out. Any time I thought that it was super hard I just remembered that Ruth is doing this very pregnant and probably wanted to do this even less than I did some days 🀣 You are incredible Ruth and SUCH an inspiration 🀍 I can’t thank you enough for this platform.

I look forward to doing this Muscle Mami program again one day πŸ₯°

Ugh I almost didn’t push play today.. I’m sore, I’m tired, I’m on my period, just got home from a day of visiting with my mom.. I just wanted to lay down and relax but I decided I am a Bad B and I CAN do it. Then it was over before I knew it 😊

I got through 4 rounds almost completely except for right leg step ups. I used 10s for the arms and 20 for the legs. 10 was almost easy, but 15 was too hard and I don’t have 12s but Im thinking next time we do this I’ll be able to use 15s! πŸ’ͺ

I did 6 reps with 10lbs….. 10 is the heaviest weight I have ATM but I’m thinking I need to go get some heavier ones! 😁
