Managed 4 rounds x8 reps with my 15lb bala beam - just had to adapt the way I held it for the Hammer curls (I had my hands facing each other with my thumbs pointing up and the beam placed in between thumbs and index fingers). I wasn't able to do the step ups on my chair so I just set up as normal and then did single leg calf raises 😅

After 2 days off the challenge I completed 4 full sets and 1 more round of Chest Presses 😅
This time I did less sets as I took my time with each move but managed to do deeper sumo squats!

First Day! ✨ I managed 5 sets with 15lbs, last two sets I did 4 reps of Sumo Squats and Deadlifts 😅
