After 2 days off the challenge I completed 4 full sets and 1 more round of Chest Presses 😅

This time I did less sets as I took my time with each move but managed to do deeper sumo squats!

First Day! ✨ I managed 5 sets with 15lbs, last two sets I did 4 reps of Sumo Squats and Deadlifts 😅

Managed 4 rounds x8 reps with my 15lb bala beam - just had to adapt the way I held it for the Hammer curls (I had my hands facing each other with my thumbs pointing up and the beam placed in between thumbs and index fingers). I wasn't able to do the step ups on my chair so I just set up as normal and then did single leg calf raises 😅

I used ankle weights too for the hamstring move ✨Showing up messy is what it's all about! 💜🦋

I think dumbbells might be a better option then - I'll try and start with a pair of 25lb 😅🥰

This was a tough one 🥵 I couldn't hold the bridge the whole time so I lay flat and added a crunch when bringing the arm and leg towards and away from each other

I am also using my bala beam (15lb one) so Thank You so much for sharing how you adapted! ✨ How do you find the 35lb beam (I'm tempted to get one but heard that it's much thicker to grip)?
