I'm way late but just did day 2 of muscle Mami. My abs did so much more than I knew they were capable of. I thanked my body twice!

I did 10 pounds in each hand. Barely made it through 3 rounds. Made it to the 4th round sumo squats and had to call it with about 2 minutes left on the timer lol.

Hey bad bs! What are your favorite "wind down" classes to do before bed when you just need a good stretch and wanna go to bed feeling on vibrate haha

As someone who has tried so hard to be a weight lifter at the gym (I want to, but I go there and see all the men taking up the free weight area and just don't want to anymore lol) and that resistance has led to me going to the gym maybe twice a month and then feeling guilty about it the rest of the time for not making the most of my $50 a month membership, I did my FIRST EVER RPS class last night and just instantly fell in love. I know THIS is something I can do consistently and WILL show up for. And hey, I do hope to repair my relationship with the gym still 🩹

So curious to know this as well. I feel like I'm going to break up with the gym and just lift some weights at home in addition to this. Because going to the gym was just not working for me no matter how hard I tried to force myself - but I do share the same feeling as you that I'm not doing "enough".
