Tapping in! This tradition was started by bad b Monique back on our IG chat. Ever since then it's been such an incredible way to get inspired, motivated and to celebrate the win of showing up for you. Here is how it works:

Whenever you are about to take class, pop in here and say "Tapping in for  {class name}".

You can also tap in for anything. Bad b Shakira once famously said "Tapping in for giving birth". Can't wait to see what you all are up to 🥰
