I’m at that point in the challenge where I’m in it and I’ve been busy and tired and a little less motivated, I’m busy and all the things. but I STILL showed up and I’m so proud of myself. This was a really good stretch. I honestly may put together a favorites for stretching so it can be apart of my everyday stretching as I need to do really deep stretching everyday. It was deep but impactful. These kinds of stretch sessions let me know where I need to work at to gain more flexibility and release tension.!! So great 😮‍💨🩷

I get in a trance when I do the sensualaties. It puts me in a flow state that helps me recognize my energy physically and spiritually. And just be present. It’s amazing!!

I’m Shakira!! I live in Germany with my beautiful family. I’m 5 months post partum so I’ve really been trying to keep a movement practice everyday. My body really needs it. I’ve been with Ruth since my first baby but this is my FIRST Challenge. 🩷 I actually overslept because of a night with my 5m old but I got up and got to it. I really needed this movement today. So thank you Ruth and Bad b’s for love and support 🩷✨🫂🥹
