I’m at that point in the challenge where I’m in it and I’ve been busy and tired and a little less motivated, I’m busy and all the things. but I STILL showed up and I’m so proud of myself. This was a really good stretch. I honestly may put together a favorites for stretching so it can be apart of my everyday stretching as I need to do really deep stretching everyday. It was deep but impactful. These kinds of stretch sessions let me know where I need to work at to gain more flexibility and release tension.!! So great 😮💨🩷
