What a fun class Ruth, I was showing my kids how far along my twerking has come hahaha...I love doing classes like this in front of my kids, to show them even if your a bit awkward you can still have fun and sweat!!!

Just tapped in and completed floor flow....wowsers this was a goodie, for me it was a mental challenge as well as a physical one. But I loved the flow of this class and felt so great afterwards and realised, Im getting stronger...woohoo xx

Just fiinished Wipe the Floor with Me....I love this class....it always kicks my butt...in a good way....lots of good challenges and lovely stretches with the lunges....sweating like a mo'fo now :-)

Ive just finished doing an old school AAA class....so bloody good....it is you Ruth (in the video) but not the Ruth we know now she is so bad ass now and so much more amazing!!!!! (you were always amazing) but the growth my friend, its bloody awesome 👌😍
