Aww Thank You - it did & it will do again (had to restart)! The old me would've been so disappointed but I'm so grateful for the love on here and through the classes that I've accepted it and restarted straight away! 🦋

Yay go you!! 🙌 Definitely 1 day at a time! I fell off the streak the day after posting (Just missed the midnight deadline 🫣🥲) but we go again!

Just a little win for today! ✨ I almost didn't do a class today because I spent the whole day helping my mum clean her house (mostly of my things 🫣) and was exhausted when I got home after 11pm. For some reason, I still wanted to finish off some things that were on my to-do list but realised that none of it was actually that urgent! Then I saw the RPS calendar streak in my mind and knew the competitive side of me would be so sad if I didn't tick that off today!! 'Soft Landings' on today's calendar was just what I needed & I'm proud I prioritised myself over my tasks! 🙏
