Tapped in for taking up space ๐Ÿชafter seeming to find a lot of reasons to not as of late.

Also side note because I brought this out over the weekend in my own play.

I donโ€™t remember where on the internet I saw this but a couple years ago I learned using one of these big booty belts as support for a push up is life changing. Incase that might help someone else with that struggle I never thought theyโ€™d remotely be possible for me ๐Ÿ˜…

I decided to repeat last weeks class schedule since my mood has just been in a funk and brain everywhere. Tapped in for holding space kinda made it my own. I felt like this was a major core workout and just what I needed to make me feel loved. ๐Ÿฅฐ

This class was so perfect after pulling muscles in my lower back a few days ago. Standing at a festival was so uncomfortable too. I waited a few days to wait for the pain to go down and I couldnt have found a better class to ease myself back into movement, so I'm happy this was Fridays suggestion in the weekly schedule!

Tapping in for the Bukta music festival in Tromsรธ! Keeping warm in RPS hoodie! Band of Horses main act tonight! I pulled some lower back muscles from doing some springboard dives yesterday forgetting my body isn't used to somersaults and twists anymore! Hopefully RPS will help sort it tomorrow!

I almost forgot about this beat based. My favorite! I hardly use my sliders when I do, I sweat my ass off. On top of that I included 1lb ankle weights to my wrist. If your looking for something sweaty but still can karaoke to this is the one ๐Ÿ˜‰

Since starting my summer gardening job I've been wiped out each night and haven't had much energy for classes! I haven't had the energy to clean the house or keep on top of things. I imagine this is what it's like for those with small children. It's nice to give my brain a rest from the usual work I do but wow I didn't think I'd be this tired! Also seagulls squawking all night long in the midnight sun doesn't give a good night's rest ๐Ÿ˜‚. Anyway long story short - I loved this class tonight, and completed it in full sweatsuit!
