Tapping in! Watching Arctic race of Norway in my RPS hoodie. Spotted lonely me on TV. Finally famous 😂 I've been feeling v. demotivated lately, also emotionally tapped out, but getting back into it very soon.

I just realised how much I miss my afrobeat classes, but then thought about how grateful I am to have these surprises in RPS! I loved the variety of dance here, twerking and ballet/modern style, also the dance cool down and stretching too. Also loved the side punching! My Dr told me I needed to use a punch bag to get my anger out but I think this is good enough!

So proud of my sunflowers in the Arctic. I start growing them indoors at the end of March (because we don't have Spring!) when we still have snow outside, then they go into the greenhouse start of June, and by August they start to flower! They are well worth all the work! I love watching the bees in them through the late Summer and by Autumn the birds are eating the seeds.

I loved the challenge. My legs always benefit such exercises and felt so good in my shoulders and ankles. A great combination of stretching and strength work combined and a nice workout for triathlon training as suggested in the community 😊

I found this class while looking through the wall work outs. I thought this was really good for triathlon training and stretching. The wall push ups and swinging the arm around reminded me of a swimming stroke, and there is plenty of leg strengthening and stretching too beneficial to running and cycling. Any other classes that suit running or triathlon training/ warm up? There are many in the ankle/foot care for running but I was also looking for another wall class I thought I had done before with jogging at the wall.

I feel so rejuvenated. The perfect amount of sweating, stretching, dancing and joint massage! My shoulders, arms and hips are feeling so good now! That flow was amazing and didn't want to stop once in it! I did a lot of this class with my eyes closed, I always overthink any kind of body roll so feeling it works best. Thank you!
