Amazing! Great one for strengthening arms for swimming! I was getting addicted to the shoulder burn towards the end!

Superb arm workout. So effective with the band. More challenging than I thought, but feeling so much more power in arms after! It really wakes up the muscles. And the band made the pushup so much more manageable.

After reading Madison's story I got straight up and did this class. If she can keep going I can! ❤️‍🩹

Ouch! So good. Definitely don't need a reformer. Great for ankle mobility too!

I'm so sorry 😔 sending so much love. Xx

Wow so challenging for me. I think my ankle weights were a little on the heavy side but I made it work. I have very stiff ankles so can't squat a full range but I think this will benefit my ankles in the long run to keep some movement in them!

This was a perfect pick-me-up! I used 8 kg for heavy ish weight and around 5 kg for light. I think I may go another round!

I've been looking forward to finally getting round to this class! I love the active stretch at the start, waking up the hips gently and with control. Every part of this class was so gentle, no forced movements at all. I loved the flow with the weight. I felt like one of those nodding donkeys. I felt the stretch right into my head, where my muscles are always so tight. Ah definitely another favourite!

I really needed this today to get back into some movement. Change is scary. I've been trying for many years to move on from old patterns. I think the growth has been very slow and challenging and the old patterns often creep back in but I just have to keep on trying. Change is also difficult but so powerful!
