So many thoughts after this class 1. First and foremost taking a minute to appreciate that I used to always wear sneakers for this type of class and take the step/prance option instead of jogging and today I was jogging barefoot with no foot or knee pain and i just 🥹!! will never get over that feeling after not being able to for so long. 2. This playlist was absolutely banging. Pitbull time of our lives has been on every iteration of a workout playlist I’ve ever had it stands the test of time 🤣 3. Dare I say I actually felt a little coordinated with this choreo today?? My beat based choreo abilities have gone from 0 to 1 LOL

I was so proud I successfully the took a break from the program the other day and the world was like bet, do it again 😂 came down with some sort of flu so I had to pause again, but I’m feeling better and it felt so good to come back to this quick weights class today 💜

Alwayyyys on board for the weight classes! They work wonders for me

Thank you, Ruth!! Genuinely so proud of this one. And I will add that I love that you added the ability to maintain the calendar streaks with a few rest days, feels so supportive of this mindset. The calendar streaks are so fun and it’s even more motivating when I can continue the streak through purposeful rest days 💜

Came back to the hard and soft challenge this morning after taking the weekend off. I came to my mat on Saturday and my body was craving rest. So I took it. Slept 10 hours both days this weekend and did a whole lot of nothing and I feel great today. Last time I did this challenge I stuck to the schedule so rigidly because I was afraid if I missed a day I wouldn’t come back. But this time I was able to pause with the confidence that it didn’t mean giving up. Honestly this is such a win for me as this has always been my biggest hurdle with exercise. With several chronic health conditions sometimes I just need a break, and it used to be so hard to take those without just giving up. RPS has truly helped me retrain my brain - actively choosing rest when it’s needed is productive too! And I feel better for it 🦋💜

Last time we did this challenge I remember crying during this class because I could barely do any squats even with no weights my knees were in such bad shape. I think I only got a handful of squats in total, I held onto my ballet barre for dear life the whole time, and I didn’t even consider adding weights. Today I did all three rounds. I didn’t need an aide to balance. I even used two three lb weights for one of the rounds of squats 😭 so overwhelmed with gratitude. Basically screamed I’m a bad b at the end of this one I was so proud of myself 😂 I love it here 🦋💜
