Tapping for some relaxation... I caught a nasty head cold and stopped muscle mammi. I still hurt, but I no longer feel like a giant booger😂

Thinking I'll do more gentle floorwork to get back into the routine and will start the full program over on my birthday (the day after the program ends)! Start the next revolution around the sun, strong af🤌

On another note.. this says shake, but I was pulled into my body so fully as if this were a relax. Maybe if I did it faster it would have been a shake😂 but wow what a lovely way to end this evening 🦋

Tapping in for some cozy core.. Feeling the need to start alternating my movements. I get bored so easily bc I'm just a girl😂💅

Through my posture program I can really feel the misalignment in my hips from years of needing to compensate. This was gentle and slow enough I could really focus on my pelvis and how my legs moved while keeping my shoulders relaxed.. but still deep enough there is a warmth radiating through my whole body from the strength it took.🙌

Just completed some Chappell Roan beats and wow do I feel brand new!! This was seriously such a great pick-me-up to how my whole body was feeling🥹

Lately I've only been following a posture program bc physical therapy was hurting more than helping (it's a very old injury😅) and then adding the days using the 30 minute walks. But I was called to get a sweat going, everything in my body was feeling stagnant and heavy! Blahg!! Now I feel some movement happening... gosh I missed these videos. Never taking a month off again 😭😂

Hi bad b's this isn't a normal community rec😅 I need some momma to planning momma advice. I don't have any friends who are moms in my life, so I am curious to hear your thoughts... even if pregnant with your first!!!

Context:

I feel a deeeeeep call and push to work with plants and after researching courses/schools, I came to one the really resonates. It's a 2-year commitment that is quite intensive, which isn't what I'm concerned about, I love school structures like this.

What I am concerned about, my husband and I are planning the journey to conceive around the time the first semester begins. The thought of getting to so deeply and respectfully learn about clinical herbalism makes every cell in my body sing, but the thought of - "how the heck am I gonna do this pregnant and postpartum?" is holding me back.

Uhm so I don't know exactly what advice I'm asking for.. but anything and everything would be sooo deeply appreciated.🥺🦋

I definitely lost my streak of 63 days, but I want to count that as a win.. I allowed myself to really take healing as a full time position. It was much harder than I thought as a busy bee, but it was needed🥺 so so grateful to have a community that is big on slowing down and taking time for ourselves.. the little gentle reminders ruth gives and I see in comments played in my head this past week🧡

I started PT and have quite the extensive movement routine - so I'm gonna start keeping track on here and hope to do some sensualtes (i can never spell this correctly😅) as feels needed to create some fluidity

I am coming for you Black Mamba.. it might take a few retrys but.. I'm coming for you😈

I DID IT, I GOT THE 60 DAY BADGE😭 I genuinely don't think I've been this consistent with movement since I was playing softball in high-school over 10 years ago and even then it wasn't by choice😂

What I've noticed most by doing this is I now crave coming to this app to move and it no longer feels like a chore.🥹

I have meniscus surgery November 3rd and my goal to keep moving is to do all the upper body movements!!!

My in-laws where here the past week and I had to go to my friends house to be with her dog for a bit while she was out of town.. So I have fallen way behind on the challenge. I walked so much last week though, so I'm not too upset about it!! Tapping in for day 3 (this morning) and day 5 (this evening). I loved this program the first time I completed it, so I'm gonna catch back up with y'all and finish strong🥹

I have been wondering with you being hypermobile and having great cues, if you could explain what shoulders are supposed to feel like? I know that's such a weird question 😂

I feel like I am slowly understanding aligned posture and movement, but I cannot figure out my shoulders for the life of me. I have to think about them soooo hard when I do pushups but other than that, they don't know what's happening lolol
