Tapping in for some cozy core.. Feeling the need to start alternating my movements. I get bored so easily bc I'm just a girlππ
Through my posture program I can really feel the misalignment in my hips from years of needing to compensate. This was gentle and slow enough I could really focus on my pelvis and how my legs moved while keeping my shoulders relaxed.. but still deep enough there is a warmth radiating through my whole body from the strength it took.π
