My favorite aspect of this so far is the formatting.  I think I will continue this into the future of cycling through Sensulates, Pilates, and weights with Beat-based thrown in somewhere somehow cause it feels like such a good flow week to week.

I think what i enjoy most in these slower pelvic floor workouts is the engagement between mind and body.  There's a lot of thoughtfulness here because I have to move slower and safer in these areas.  While my hips tend to be fairly juicy, my inner thighs very much are not.  Too much injury, too much trauma.  So I find myself asking my body to trust and feel safe while slowing down my mind enough to allow my body to actually feel safe and secure in the knowledge that I won't force her.  That we're in this together.  It feels really good and nurturing

I was not in any way curious about how the third set would feel😆  I always dislike weights when I'm in it but it makes me feel so much stronger and accomplished after.   I also added a bit of a back stretch everytime my weight went down in those rows and that weighted stretch felt like a nice little treat every time

oh man, I'm on my feet most of the day and they often get painful to walk on.  This felt amazing to do. My feet feel so much better

I'm not sure I did it the first time but I looked through it and it looks like exactly what I want right now

oh man, the first 15 mins felt so meditative for me and then the last 5 mins kicked my abs.  So freaking good.
