this has to be my most favorite arm workout of all time.  I love the flowy nature of this and visioning pulling the sword out made me feel like a graceful bad B.  Could not love it more

This one reminded just how much my body has improved since I found you.  I've been doing yoga my whole life and I've never experienced the flexibility in my spine and the juiciness in my hip joints that I have now.  It's incredible considering how inconsistent I am.   Also, that blooper intro had me rolling🤣

I actually really love this.  It's an oldie but goodie.  I spend my working hours on my feet on cement floors so I've started a nightly foot massage routine based off this class and, on my off days, I try to add something from Foot Love into the mix .  My feet have never felt better.  It also seems to be helping with lower back pain, which is lovely.

I like this idea.  I have a tendency to go with those flowy sensulates classes too or beat-based but really want to step into some weight training even though I like it the least.

Just making a point to come here and say it's been 2 days since completing this workout and my booty and thighs are still sore😂  I even split it into 2 sessions.  Half the circuit in the morning, half the circuit in the evening and my legs are still crying about it.  Amazing for a quick 15 minutes
