I love how these classes get me to do the pelvic exercises that I know are good for me in a relaxed way. I will definitely revisit this one! It didn't work for my body today to go from legs crossed to puppy pose. I modified by sitting in child pose toes together and then separating them as I went to puppy pose. Sharing in case someone else could use that too!
