I love how these classes get me to do the pelvic exercises that I know are good for me in a relaxed way. I will definitely revisit this one! It didn't work for my body today to go from legs crossed to puppy pose. I modified by sitting in child pose toes together and then separating them as I went to puppy pose. Sharing in case someone else could use that too!

Such a fun class! Loved the playlist, the moves, the affirmations! I want to keep practicing balancing on my toes and dancing. Any tips for working on balance or working towards sustaining this move would be highly appreciated!

I love the stretch that you get in this class. Sometimes I wake up with back pain and I need to ease into movement. This is the perfect remedy!

My first thought - this looks like a nice chill class! Oh I was very wrong. This class put me to work today! Lots of eyerolls and side eye on this side of the screen today 🤣
