Hi Ruth! Question about the streaks on calendar - Do walk days count towards it? I was so excited to see I was on day 26, but then today I saw it said day 1 and I’m like what happened here? 😩

I took this class a few months back and I got so frustrated I stopped midway. Faster paced flows feel more challenging for me. Today was such a different and rewarding experience. I'm proud  of myself for trying again and finishing it!

Wheww that was fun! I remember when I did this class a few months back thinking "Naaaah Ruth you buggin!" 😂 Its so cool to explore all the ways my body can move and experiencing the progress.

YES LOVE THAT! I actually used flower shaped ones that were gifted to me. They're flexible enough to wrap around blocks

Wheww the way I wanted to give up after the classical Pilates round! I'm glad I stuck it out through the frustration and all. Thank you for this balance between control and surrender.

Hey all! Anyone have recommendations for wider, thick yoga mats? I would prefer a more sustainable material as well.
