Tapped in for camel flow and then followed with day 1 in the flexibility program (feel good flow)

I am about to start my cycle so giving myself grace this past week. However I have been feeling a slip in myself finding motivation to stay consistent again recently.

I started about 6 months ago with RPS so thaw was the only program I followed while that was live. I’m hoping committing to another program like flexibility I’m jumping in on will help me get that daily drive going again.

If anyone else is in the same boat and wants to join in on that please do 🩵

Loved this so much was an easy one to do being lower on stamina about to start my cycle. Especially love ending with the feline energy 🐈‍⬛✨

You mentioned the left/right sometimes being the hardest and I noticed for me that the front back, I’m thinking mostly the front actually it seems the most awkward for me. It is slowly getting better though with more practice. Think I’m thawing something extra frozen there 🩵
