Asking the class!

So just thinking forward for the week over here not wanting to fall off without a plan. I am feeling SO damn good finishing muscle mami, like who the heck is this bad b?!

Anywho just asking for recs if any, newish relationship over here and he’s coming to town in t minus 2 weeks so wondering what are some of your favorite videos that have made you feel your spiciest?! 🌶️😇💃

I’m sure I’ll stumble into my own stuff I’ll surely tap in on the feed for just hoping others do too this week I’d love to see it to help keep myself going 🥹 and anyone who might have a favorite that comes to mind for my personal vibe going on, well those are so welcome and and I thank you 🙊🩵

Yesterday i managed to complete planksgiving + kaytranda beats so this truly felt good on a sore body after that. Especially the upper body stretching.

Also it was the first time pressing play yesterday after saying goodbye to my dog on Monday 😔

On top of that the house I rent has been a construction zone while the bathrooms here get redone so it’s been less then easy trying to adjust to this new life right now.

I’m just trying to stay grateful and pointed to the sunshine around here. I’m grateful although it’s tough it’s a holiday it’s also allowed me guiltless time off to grieve because of that.

As sad as I was to lose my streak after 32 days I really had wanted to push forward to 60. I’m just grateful I set that foundation for myself because I really need this movement medicine in this life and I’m still craving it and have the momentum to get back to my streak moving forward to 60 next.

Allowing myself time off and knowing I will come back is a new sense of trust with me I’m working on now.

Movement is just looking like more relaxed level and maybe even more from bed I tried that over last weekend and it helped. That is so okay with me. Still feels good either way.

Anyway I’m seeing some of you post and comment on your new challenge and I love to see it is helping keep me in my groove even if I’m pushing play on something slower for myself I know that will get me back there so keep that up 👏🏼

Some past posts about some of you pushing play through even tougher times ring in my head too. You all are a very inspiring community to be apart of pushing through so many hard things.

I’m a day late saying this but so grateful for RPS this past year has helped heal me in more ways than one ❤️‍🩹

Haven’t had the most words recently to tap in on comments but just here to say I have so much love to you all 🫶🏼

Apologies in advance this is long 😬

I’m in all the feels over here with officially finishing hard + soft lastnight, like why does it feel like a show I was really into just ended or something? 🥲 lol

I have to say though I am PROUD, it felt so good to stick with this, I got a little unmotivated taking a weekend off with birthday shenanigans but I managed to get back on track.

Also back and fourth with follow up vet visits with my dog is sadly nearing the end and that has had me in a season of slowing down being rooted at home with him and lots of heavy emotions. This has truly been so therapeutic for me while working through that it feels like one thing I can hold onto to do for myself through a time like this.

I even took a 3 week digital detox from my social media while completing this to help stay locked in and less distracted.

It feels like such a foundation for me moving forward like why couldn’t I stick to the weekly schedules all along before this? Because clearly I CAN and I am looking forward to keeping that up as much as my schedule aligns.

There really is enough time to squeeze in for yourself, and let me say the days I wanted to do it the least it felt the best to get it done.

Anywho I got my 15 day while going through this and on my way to 30 the way that brought me so much joy 🥹

And lastly it officially hit winter temps in Florida and finally LIVING in my RPS sweats have been such a comfort to go home to 🩵🫶🏼

Thank you for bringing this back Ruth I can’t tell you how many times I thought about wanting to side quest this on my own this past year but never did.
