Thought I was quitting after round 2 but tried for the third and made it through the whole thing 💪🏼 so challenging but definitely feels better the. The first time trying this class

So helping my friend come up with a last second closet costume for tomorrow and this one I thought was freaking great 🤣

I love these short and sweet challenging ones, amazing in only 13 minutes I feel this strength for days 💪🏼

Also p.s my nerdy self absolutely adores when you get into the history of things or the anatomy of the body and how it’s connected with some of these movements 🤓🫶🏼

The alignment following weekly schedules and programs baffles me sometimes.

Rough day yesterday with my senior dog at the vet we took advantage of the rest day.

Today I decided to wear a pretty dang firm waist trainer to work for the first time which was great for my terrible work posture but definitely had me stiff and this was THE perfect way to get that ooey gooey movement back that I needed 🫶🏼

Legs still a lil sore from the weekend wasn’t sure I’d be able to do this one but I tried and yes I can.

Definitely can always tell how tight my hips are when trying to do the ankle life movements, and the knee ins still feel awkward for me my body winds up wanting to scooch all over forward and side to side I try my best to keep that stable. Progress in the messy tho ☺️
