Alright first time back, did this get easier? Idk this was still pretty rough, maybe one day I can get through without having to knees down inbetween lol

Ruth how you breathe and talk through that with no breaks is the most impressive thing, what a baddie 😮‍💨

I was a little worried to attempt this one because I don’t have a bar, but this was completely doable with dumbbells!

Glad I clicked play because I loved and will probably come back to this one. Felt so good getting through each move was short and sweet no repeats just onto the next. Perfect amount of challenge.

My sister got me this daily meditation book I thought I’d share today’s. Really love this message goes along with all my feelings completing hard + soft.

But last note just an idea, maybe you could make a monthly printable template like this to use?

Like doesn’t have to say rest days just a generic RPS calendar type thing.

It felt so good to physically check that off, also inspired by Claire with how cute she made hers with stickers I’d love to get fun and do something like that too 🙊

Apologies in advance this is long 😬

I’m in all the feels over here with officially finishing hard + soft lastnight, like why does it feel like a show I was really into just ended or something? 🥲 lol

I have to say though I am PROUD, it felt so good to stick with this, I got a little unmotivated taking a weekend off with birthday shenanigans but I managed to get back on track.

Also back and fourth with follow up vet visits with my dog is sadly nearing the end and that has had me in a season of slowing down being rooted at home with him and lots of heavy emotions. This has truly been so therapeutic for me while working through that it feels like one thing I can hold onto to do for myself through a time like this.

I even took a 3 week digital detox from my social media while completing this to help stay locked in and less distracted.

It feels like such a foundation for me moving forward like why couldn’t I stick to the weekly schedules all along before this? Because clearly I CAN and I am looking forward to keeping that up as much as my schedule aligns.

There really is enough time to squeeze in for yourself, and let me say the days I wanted to do it the least it felt the best to get it done.

Anywho I got my 15 day while going through this and on my way to 30 the way that brought me so much joy 🥹

And lastly it officially hit winter temps in Florida and finally LIVING in my RPS sweats have been such a comfort to go home to 🩵🫶🏼

Thank you for bringing this back Ruth I can’t tell you how many times I thought about wanting to side quest this on my own this past year but never did.
