Thaw will always be so special to me it was the first program I started and it was the literal start/introduction to RPS for me 🥹enjoy melting friend you’ll get back to it.

Just an idea but when you feel less tense and ready for muscle mai let us all know! Maybe that will be our chance to go at it again and try heavier weights 🤗

I had to stop and catch this (I swear I rewound to make it back up lol)

But my cat Molly really wasn’t pleased with Fridas appearance she’s like what the helly who is you 👀🐈😹

Skipping ahead past the rest day bc I’ll be out of town over the weekend to “rest” and hopefully not be too sore 😬😅

Yesterday i managed to complete planksgiving + kaytranda beats so this truly felt good on a sore body after that. Especially the upper body stretching.

Also it was the first time pressing play yesterday after saying goodbye to my dog on Monday 😔

On top of that the house I rent has been a construction zone while the bathrooms here get redone so it’s been less then easy trying to adjust to this new life right now.

I’m just trying to stay grateful and pointed to the sunshine around here. I’m grateful although it’s tough it’s a holiday it’s also allowed me guiltless time off to grieve because of that.

As sad as I was to lose my streak after 32 days I really had wanted to push forward to 60. I’m just grateful I set that foundation for myself because I really need this movement medicine in this life and I’m still craving it and have the momentum to get back to my streak moving forward to 60 next.

Allowing myself time off and knowing I will come back is a new sense of trust with me I’m working on now.

Movement is just looking like more relaxed level and maybe even more from bed I tried that over last weekend and it helped. That is so okay with me. Still feels good either way.

Anyway I’m seeing some of you post and comment on your new challenge and I love to see it is helping keep me in my groove even if I’m pushing play on something slower for myself I know that will get me back there so keep that up 👏🏼

Some past posts about some of you pushing play through even tougher times ring in my head too. You all are a very inspiring community to be apart of pushing through so many hard things.

I’m a day late saying this but so grateful for RPS this past year has helped heal me in more ways than one ❤️‍🩹

Haven’t had the most words recently to tap in on comments but just here to say I have so much love to you all 🫶🏼
