Asking the class!

So just thinking forward for the week over here not wanting to fall off without a plan. I am feeling SO damn good finishing muscle mami, like who the heck is this bad b?!

Anywho just asking for recs if any, newish relationship over here and he’s coming to town in t minus 2 weeks so wondering what are some of your favorite videos that have made you feel your spiciest?! 🌶️😇💃

I’m sure I’ll stumble into my own stuff I’ll surely tap in on the feed for just hoping others do too this week I’d love to see it to help keep myself going 🥹 and anyone who might have a favorite that comes to mind for my personal vibe going on, well those are so welcome and and I thank you 🙊🩵

Gah dang made it through 4 full rounds 🥵🥵🥵

This one felt SO much more powerful than the first. I bumped up my upper body moves to 13lbs from 10 by combing dumbbells.

The weighted hip thrusts I think might be my favorite move ever idk why that feels so good on my body, used 30lbs for that my 20 kettle ball and 10 dumbbell (that was a fun transition lol)

And then 10lbs on the step ups which the first video I did the lunge version this time I felt strong enough for the chair 🥹

First time around I did 5 rounds with 10lb weights, this time I still got through 5 rounds but upped my weight the first round to 18lbs and dropped to 13lbs the last 4 🥵🥵

Been peeking at marketplace to try to snag myself heavier weights for this but finally remembered the trick to combine my lighter dumbbells has been working great for me the last couple classes!

Little behind fighting off some kind of sickness this week, told myself if I finish one round I’ll be happy with myself. Well that killed me went for the second and somehow felt stronger the second time through so at this point why wouldn’t we go for the third right? 😅

Was jus talking about how I need to sweat out this sickness today and welp that did it 🥵🥵
