I decided to repeat last weeks class schedule since my mood has just been in a funk and brain everywhere. Tapped in for holding space kinda made it my own. I felt like this was a major core workout and just what I needed to make me feel loved. 🥰

This is my Bandit. He just likes to be anywhere I am haha here we were grounding and enjoying the weather. He’s four years young and a big pain in my you know what but I wouldn’t trade him for the world. I’d show you my plants but that’s too many. I’ve been a plant mom now for about five years.

This whole routine was such a healing experience. I was jamming out popping freestyling more than anything. I come from a dance background so this class was right up my alley. The finishing song was just so cathartic and you were able to just lose yourself in it. At the end of it was tapping pressure points and lost myself. I had the biggest cry and just felt like I shed an entire layer. I have no words for the release I felt but Ruth helped me heal a small piece of me today and for that I’m forever grateful.

This class was amazing!!! I feel like say that about every class but it’s the truth. I feel so strong and like I can accomplish anything ans holy cow am I sweating 🥵🥵

This was the second time I’ve done this class and it felt so much better this time around. I actually felt my hip unlock during one of the figure eights and it was such a release. Thank you Ruth 🫂🤗

This was just what I needed for my hips. I can slowly feel them unlocking with RPS and the back bend with the feet on the wall 🤤🤤🤤

Another great routine while I’m recovering from lower back injury. My shoulders feel nice and open and my hips feel a good stretch yet still tough enough to feel like my core is being engaged. Love it.
