Wooooow! I can’t believe I got to the end and honestly all I can think about is when am I going to do this program again! The changes I’ve seen in my body are absolutely amazing! I’m doing things I never imagined I’d be able to do. I did end up pausing the video to do the arms section one more time at the end and nearly lost my chair while doing the Bulgarian split squats but I was able to keep myself upright while holding my 25lb weight picked up my chair and continued the video. At the start of the challenge one I wouldn’t be caught dead with a 25lb weight and two my ass would’ve been on the floor cursing out Ruth the tv and anyone who came in my way. I am so proud of myself and the rest of my bad b muscle mamis for tackling this challenge. Can’t wait to see yall in round 2!!! 💪🏽💃🏽💪🏽💃🏽

Update!!!! I upped it to 15lb weights!!!!! I got through four rounds again!!! A fifth round of chest presses. I definitely hit failure on rows after one and took the last 30secs to rest. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

This is such an awesome class!!!! I decided to push myself a little bit and boy did my body respond BABBEEE!!! I was able to get through FOUR rounds!!! 15 pound dumbbells for the upper body 25lb bala for the hip thrust but I feel like I could definitely have gone up and next time around I’m definitely gonna use my 35lb bala beam. I ended up using a slider instead of doing the step up just to be a little bit more conscientious of my knees. They have improved tremendously just with a year of consistent RPS, but I’m still cautious just in case. Years of cheer and dance definitely gave them a run for their money lol but it has been so long since I felt this strong and just to be able to do the sliders and feel confident I wasn’t going to hurt myself was a MAJOR WIN!!! I can’t wait until we do this class the next time around and to see how much we all improve will be amazing ☺️☺️☺️ LOVED THIS CLASS!!! Also I’ve been thinking I might just do muscle mami quarterly 💪🏽💪🏽

I needed something a little extra today after muscle Mami. I felt like I had all this pent up energy and anger and I just needed to release. In comes sensual play beats and I felt like I just fell in love with myself and my body. All of my initial anger and pentbup energy just melted away. This was just what I needed. Thank you RPS 🥰🥰🥰

I’m a huge fan of internal alchemy. I always come back to this one.

Needed to do this one today instead since I was exhausted yesterday but I saw Valentino looking at me and swear he was like yea girl keep going that butt looks great 😂😂 my back was a little sore prior to starting this but now it feels so much better and going to end the day with some restorative yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️

This was super chill but boy can I feel how sore I’m going to be tomorrow!!! I did this class with the 8 and 15lb weights. I was so proud of myself for getting through it!!! A shorty but a goodie just like me 😝😝😂

First day down!!! I used 10lbs weights but definitely felt I probably could’ve upped them at first and then by the end of my fourth round I was reaching failure in my legs. Arms felt okay and I was able to do a fifth round of upper body during the 12min but I tried to do one sumo squat with 30sec on the clock and body said that’s enough for tonight lol. Overall I felt really good about today’s classes and will definitely look at maybe adding some wrist weights with the arms to go up to 12 lbs ☺️☺️ look at all these bad bs crushing muscle mami 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
