I decided to do this class in addition to today’s emo beats and this was just the perfect ending. Tough yet stretchy. My chiropractor struggled to unlock my hips today but I feel like this class just prepped me for my next visit and major release 🥰🥰🥰

I’ve had so many wins since starting RPS the major one being how much my confidence has increased since starting, being able to see my consistency improving and seeing and feeling the changes in my body. Since starting RPS I have been more motivated to take control of my eating habits and improve my relationship with food. My clothes fit so much better and I feel good wearing them including things I wouldn’t normally wear. I’ve embraced the crop top life and learned not to care what other people think. Icing on top was finally jumping on the scale and realizing I’ve lost almost 20lbs and not feeling the pain I used to feel every day. I’m so grateful to Ruth and this community. Can’t wait to see what next month looks like ☺️☺️

Thanks!!! Hubby picked it up for me after I showed him the one Ruth Brenza posted. Plus I love having it off my floor. It takes up so much space 😂

That is so amazing and such a win. Our body gives us back what we pour into it. As I like to say we’re just complicated plants with emotions 😂 You’re just going to keep getting stronger and love you even more. Keep doing what you’re doing 🤗🤗🤗
