I was cursing Ruth out and definitely had to keep rewinding because she was just moving too damn fast for me. Honestly I need to see if there’s a way to slow down the playback. But all in all this class was awesome and even I was surprised at myself that I could transition within full plank and in great form too since I started incorporating the use of a mirror within my daily practice.

I decided to add ankle and wrist weights to give myself a little more challenge and boy was that needed. I don’t know what I stirred but something started moving here and now I feel like I can tackle the rest of my night. Time to bang out my to do list 💪🏽💪🏽
