Ok I loved every moment of this, especially the rotation lift. Aesthetically, capped deltoids are one of the sexiest muscles to me !! I love deltoid work !!

My nervous system was overstimulated before this to the point I was nauseous… taught a lot of classes this week, 5 in a row yesterday had me feeling hung over today, and probably overtrained as I do this challenge in addition to all my other movement, + having to walk my dog 1-2 hrs each day. Luckily it’s my Friday bc I am cooked.

After this class my nervous system feels more regulated ❤️ feeling load on my muscles and moving slow is very comforting to me. I did class on my pull out couch to stay comfy as possible. And did my push ups with my hands on the elevated edge of my couch with the rainbow blanket, felt great to have a little lift!

I am really looking forward to a protein rich dinner lol. I’m thinking oven roasted chicken with homemade bbq sauce, baked Japanese sweet potato, and quinoa. 🤤 🤤

Go bad b’s, we got this!!

I have the 35 lb and it is girthyyy lol. Can’t wrap my whole hand around it. Kinda wish I would’ve gone for 25 instead given how I use the beam. I find 30+ lb dumbbells to be more functional for me personally. But in general, I love the design of the beam! The 35 lb beam also feels heavier than that to me, depending on how you orient it to gravity. So it makes me wish I got the 25 lb, bc perhaps it would have felt heavy enough for my needs with it.

Gahddamn, girl !! 😮‍💨 my mantra the whole time was “I am strong!”

I might need to use this ab series in my classes later 🤭 and tell em my fav Pilates instructor sent me 😂

I struggled for sure 😅 but this is the face of someone who feels goo-oo-ooooood after! Thanks for the endorphins 💪🏽

First - yay bad b's! Let's go !!!

4 sets - 1 @ 10lb, 2 @ 15 lbs, 1 @ 20 lbs (except 15 lbs for sumo squat)

10 lbs felt light, 15 lbs was comfy zone, 20 lbs was able to push me to failure. Surprised by my strength!

I could have pushed through but stopped early bc I felt my nervous system acting up, and that was enough for today. It was a tough mental health weekend, so trying to be gentle w myself. I feel good after and choose to celebrate that rather than feeling like I could have done more. 💗 Excited to see how I get stronger!

Ruth Brenza , you’ve converted me into a slore for Sensulates this week (“slore” being an affectionate term of course 🥰). I think that “sensual stability” was an apt title for this video, as I feel stable in my sensuality after 🫶🏽 means the world 🫂

I just loved this one so much. It was like stretching to another level physically & spiritually. A very loving lesson for my body, guided by your loving words. Being encouraged to embrace feeling uncomfortable or awkward in my body. Something deep in my teenage soul healed from this class. Big love 💕
