Hi Marli! Ouch. I wanted to hop in here with some suggestions. You can use the “lower body” filter, but you also might find the Standing Classes collection useful right now! Some classes may include upper body movement, but for the most part they are core/lower body focused. I’ll add a specific class here too to try:

The light at the end of the tunnel is so close now. You’ve been through so much, Frances and yet you still show up and show love and care for this community.
