Yes! I know it can be really hard to unlearn this pattern of all or nothing thinking. But the more we focus on longevity, baby steps, consistency over everything else, the more we build toward a lifelong habit and movement routine that only gets better and better. 🦋

Hahaha honestly at that big of a streak I completely understand the stress 😂. Thanks you so much for sharing this class. Love this tip to just set the bar at 1 rep. So clever!!! Way to get through this one, I know the timing is not so great with your cycle but you’re such an inspiration. Long live coffee stains and allll the child’s poses!
