Hey Tsipora! Yes absolutely. Feel free to play with the different grip options you have with the beam (behind head across shoulders, one hand holding center, both hands holding, beam resting on inner elbows with elbows high) just a few options! You can absolutely make it work. If you run into a move where you aren’t sure how to hold it just ask in my DMs, the community of in the class comments and I’m happy to help!
