Absolutely fine to angle your wrists or move your hands further forward! There’s a suprising amount of shoulder mobility required for this, on top of holding our own body weight it can be really intense. At some point in the class I know I popped my wrist up for more comfort which may work for you too. Attaching a pic of that if it’s helpful!

Hey Cheri! The calendar will be updated to reflect the new challenge. But if you’d like it may be a nice time to try either a program (there’s 9 to choose from and I can reccomend one to you if you lmk what style you’re looking for) and there’s over 80 Past Weekly Themes which is where I keep all our weekly schedules ins storage to revisit. You can add classes to the calendar and customize it for yourself. Lmk if you want some recommendations! Feel free to send me a DM inside the app 🦋

Quick note on the last day to complete the challenge! It will officially close on February 8th at midnight PST, so it’s 6 extra days to complete it! Of course if you need extra time, this challenge will live permanently inside the full library under programs for revisiting or completing. Let me know if you have any questions. Get stronger using heavy-ish dumbbells at home.

This is a progressive, hypertrophy focused home strength challenge that layers simple movements and joyful flows.

Weights you'll need:

  • Light: 3-8lbs

  • Medium: 10-20lbs

  • Heavy: 25lbs-35lbs+
