Hi Nic!! So there with you on head down working. A couple classes come to mind, attaching one here, plus Unsit! And honestly everything under Joint Specific Care > Upper Back/Shoulders and Mid Back/Thoracic!

Ps I cannot believe a medical professional said that to you 🙄ugh

Great question. For this particular class, if it feels okay you can fully stretch. Sometimes for hypermobile baddies it can be hard to find our deepest stretch and this is a chance to explore it! The times I would avoid fully stretching are when adding load like my heavyish weights classes especially when exploring new ranges with new weights. Of course listen to your body and if it feels too much a soft bend in the knees is always acceptable. 🥰

For playlists! I’m assuming you mean the custom video playlists, if not lmk. Once you click “save” on a class, you can decide what custom playlist to add it to. To access your playlists, just click your account tab, and select “playlists”. Did that answer your question?

Hey Jennifer! Happy to help. There isn’t a section specifically for classes taken, but here’s what I would suggest. After completing a class, click “mark as watched”. It will then appear with a check mark and a slightly greyed out cover image. Another option is to use the calendar feature to add the classes you’ve taken on any given day. You can always refer back to the calendar to see what you took 🥰
