Sadly, I do not have a picture of it, but my husband informed me that Avery has started giving herself a hug and saying “Thank you body.” 😭❤️ My heart! Ruth, not only are you helping me change my relationship with my body and movement, but you’re helping me give her a good start ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Woke up this morning planning to have an active rest day by walking on the treadmill for 30 mins. Had a long day at work and almost skipped when I got off BUT I told myself just go for 15 mins. Walked 15 mins on the treadmill then decided YOLO and did 15 mins on the stairmaster lol. My legs are confusion rn bc of day 1 of muscle mami and now the stairmaster hehe. My win for the day is overcoming my mind and getting it done 🥳

What classes do you recommend for muscle recovery? Or could you make us one specifically for this challenge?

Obviously rest and walking ❤️ but I wonder if theres a super juicy recovery class youd recommend or consider making for us?? ❤️🥰

For anyone with a 25lb or 35lb bala beam - is it worth it? I have the 15lb atm and was considering a heavier one (an excuse to get a different colour 😅), but I have heard mixed views about the 35lb one being too thick lol
