Got through less rounds but felt better about them for the most part, like I could hone in on getting to failure! Did 3 rounds plus curls and presses of a 4th, upped my weights for overhead press to 15 lbs when I could but dropped to 10 in the 2nd round, and upped hip thrust to 30. I also took my time getting into position for hip thrust rather than rushing it and that plus upping the weight was really helpful to connect to the booty!
