Tapping in for soft strength 🙂‍↕️💗

After several weeks, I’m still in my “working out because I will feel good after, not because I feel particularly motivated” era… anyone else??

It’s been a stressful month (pic of my messy ass office/studio rn !!), but I’m so grateful to keep showing up and giving my body what it needs 💘 the consistency is keeping everything else more balanced. Thanks for the help, Ruth Brenza !

Tapping in for soft strength! When I finished the class and turned around I found I had a kitty visitor 🐱💜 Sadie used to be so scared of my workout area because I was always moving in here and she would get startled, but now she comes every time she hears me turn on a video… Ruth has a new fan 😂

Tapped in for camel flow and then followed with day 1 in the flexibility program (feel good flow)

I am about to start my cycle so giving myself grace this past week. However I have been feeling a slip in myself finding motivation to stay consistent again recently.

I started about 6 months ago with RPS so thaw was the only program I followed while that was live. I’m hoping committing to another program like flexibility I’m jumping in on will help me get that daily drive going again.

If anyone else is in the same boat and wants to join in on that please do 🩵

tapping in for some slow winding and twerking after a short weight session and hike :) the song that made me want to come on here and share is Reset by Tiffany Evans - it has such beautiful lyrics that make me think of the space to reset and connect deeper with ourselves that Ruth creates through this offering!! I am excited to try out some of the new features and on the app :)
