I havenβt done an RPS class in almost 2 weeks, due for my period any day now and fell into a really poor comfort eating cycle the past couple of days. A combination that has had me not exactly loving myself after last month I finally felt like I was finding consistency again.
Well thereβs no way to get back to that without starting somewhere. I started with a long walk after work today and found myself thinking back to some past themed weeks with all of their lessons from nature. And then I found a bench and some movements I remembered from a chair class. These step ups and some tricep dips followed. They were wobbly but they were still a win for me today. And I look forward to using the high from my small win to fuel tapping in tomorrow.
