Hi bad b's this isn't a normal community rec😅 I need some momma to planning momma advice. I don't have any friends who are moms in my life, so I am curious to hear your thoughts... even if pregnant with your first!!!

Context:

I feel a deeeeeep call and push to work with plants and after researching courses/schools, I came to one the really resonates. It's a 2-year commitment that is quite intensive, which isn't what I'm concerned about, I love school structures like this.

What I am concerned about, my husband and I are planning the journey to conceive around the time the first semester begins. The thought of getting to so deeply and respectfully learn about clinical herbalism makes every cell in my body sing, but the thought of - "how the heck am I gonna do this pregnant and postpartum?" is holding me back.

Uhm so I don't know exactly what advice I'm asking for.. but anything and everything would be sooo deeply appreciated.🥺🦋

Clothes question for the girls: genuinely how are we wearing our tight leggings, because there is no way all of us are working out in thongs. We goin commando? Seamless underwear? As someone who sometimes wants to feel cute and not deal with lots of extra baggy fabric, I love a legging for movement. But I also have a ph balance to maintain, and y'alls butt cheeks are suspiciously seam-free. 👀

I've been a little absent lately. I was traveling for 6 weeks and then when I got home from Australia via Singapore, London, Olso to the north of Norway I found my boyfriend (of 6 years) to be very cold with me. I asked him had he missed me and why he wasn't showing me any love, to which he replied "I didn't want you to come home" and "I've just never loved you the way I'm supposed to" among many other hurtful things. So after 2 hours of arriving in the middle of the night he finished our relationship and sent me off the next morning on a flight back down to London, leaving behind all my belongings to deal with later and my cat. When I arrived in London he messaged me telling me he had made a "terrible mistake" it's been almost a week now and I just can't forgive him for what he did to me (and it's not the first time). So I'm asking for some advice to anyone out there who has experienced anything similar and given my age now I really can't mess about. I've waited 6 years for him to commit to me and want the things I desire in life - a family and just generally to feel wanted. I feel so hurt and haven't been able to settle to get back into RPS because I'm living out of a bag now for the foreseeable future. Maybe I need to do some emo beats.

Curious to hear people’s thoughts on losing motivation to workout. Over a month ago I took a few days off and haven’t returned after a decade of dedicated movement practice.

When I think about going back to working out in a structured way, even with our lovely Ruth, I internally groan and feel a ton of resistance.

How have others overcome this? I miss this part of my life and want to feel excited about it again!

Hi guys! Not too sure how many people would like this idea, but I saw the crybaby flow and had the idea about a Crybaby beats. It reminded me of the CryBaby album by Melanie Martinez. She has some really good songs (not just on that album but others too) to get up and moving to!
