I loved this one!! I used 5 pound weights as my light weights (which I’ve never been strong enough to do in the past until doing RPS consistently). And I was able to hold the whole one minute plank, which I also used to not be able to do! It felt amazing 🦋🩵

This felt amazing while I’m a bit under the weather! I don’t have a magic circle so I used a ball instead and was easily able to make it work without straying too far from Ruth’s vision ✨

I reaggravated an old hamstring injury stretching on the 3rd day of Muscle Mami so I took a couple days off, and now I feel a cold coming on so I’m opting for gentle movement instead. This is definitely challenging my desire for perfectionism and doing it “right” when it comes to movement, so maybe is ultimately a blessing in disguise!

Choosing to honor where I’m at and not push through is not something I would’ve always done. Excited to jump back in when I can, and for now, tapping in for grounded weights 🩵

This felt sooo good, I love heavier weights! My goal was 3 rounds but I did 4 + 8 chest presses (both sides) and 8 rows w/ 12 pounds. Thank you Ruth for creating this challenge!

I did this instead of the shake foam roller option on the weekly calendar because I wanted the intensity but not the speed— this felt sooo good and was also so challenging in the best way. Thank you Ruth!! 🦋🦋🦋
