Well somehow I did Day 2 of Muscle Mami but at least I got my workout in 🤣See yall tomorrow for Day 1 🤦‍♀️

As a little helper if you aren’t strong enough to maintain a single leg bridge for long put a heavy weight next to you and hold it. That will help hold you up.

I did my first class tonight and I’m a little blown away at how much I loved it and the emotions it brought up. I’m not sure if this sounds wierd or creepy but I felt like I was having a play date with Ruth. I’m working through some childhood trauma and I think that it is so wild the universe dropped this program in front of me at exactly the moment I’m learning play as a medium for therapeutic processing. Ive also been doing rebounding at the recommendation of my therapist for the same reason. The aesthetic of Ruth, her vibe, tone and level at which she speaks… just wow.

I have a few questions as a planner nerd ☺️. Does the weekly schedule follow a certain pattern? I usually try to do a mix of Pilates and strength in my week so just trying to see how I want to put these workouts in my planner.

And also is there a way to get the workout name next to the day instead of having to click into each day?
