I’m a few days behind bc I wasn’t feeling well but I literally couldn’t wait to get back to you! I’m glad I waited and cared for my body instead of pushing it bc I felt so strong. I literally said Ruth you want me to do a hamstring curl with 25lb?? But I could! And I did!

As someone who has been doing strength training for a long time and got burned out on it i almost skipped this challenge and I am so glad I didn’t. I should have known you would find a way to make strength training fun.

I have a 25lb bala beam and I find it perfect for lower body focused moves!! It is thick but I can hold it ok. I was thinking last time I used it idk if I could manage the 35lb thickness bc I have little hobbit hands lol.

Ah that could definitely be it as well. It started when I started doing your workouts and most of these have been newer movements for me so def could be that I have worked my back muscles in a new way.

I did 5 sets with 15lbs and even did a few lower body sets with my 25lb Bala beam bc I haven’t gotten to use it yet. I would have never thought I could use 15lb for upper body but I thought why not try and surprised myself!
