What’s the best reformer class to start with? I’ll be doing one after work today and have never done it before! 🫶🤍

Such a beautiful intro although I’ve already been doing some of these classes.

Can anyone tell me how to help myself with the pinch pain I get in my butt from doing the ankle raises?

I moved back and rubbed the area to release and went back in for more, but any help going forward would be appreciated!
