I’ve got a busy evening and managing my ME/CFS energy levels is tricky. This was such a perfect melting flow for the morning to use up some time, rest and come into my body.

Just finished the Thaw Experiment and woah! Thank you so much for this, the classes and movement, the diary for everyday. I’m feeling so aligned and warm! I’ve left the his experiment with so much more movement in my hips and spine, and gratitude in my heart ❤️

I did NOT realise how stiff my hips were 😅 such a great session. I’ve used this one to warm up after sitting at my desk all day

Even though I’ve done Pilates on and off for a few years, I always come back to it. This was the perfect place to really intentionally start bringing it back to my life every day. A late evening warmer, just perfect!

My first ever RPS sesh and day 3 of my period, I am sweating! What a great workout, not too intense, perfect balance of connecting mind and body together to get movement back into my tight af hips from my crazy cramps. I’m investedddd
