Omfg 😅🥵🔥 Just did this and it was easily the hardest of your videos for me so far. The second side, when we lifted the back knee my whole back leg was shaking tremendously and in fact I'm still shaking, lying on the floor 😁 Like wth just happened 😁 My hips have been so, so tight and I kinda feel that I managed to release some emotional baggage there. I was hoping that if I stayed consistent with this video, maybe my hips would finally loosen up a little 🙏🏼

I'm grateful for recommendations for the best ones to help in the process of "free the hip" 😁💕

Thanks to my hypermobility stretching does nothing for me but this was something else. Thank you again, Ruth Brenza ❤️

Thank you, Ruth 💕 I'll try this tomorrow 🤩

I'd love some more 15min beat based Sensulates workouts 🙏🏼🥰

Did this on my 15min break from work (working from home) and it was perfect!! I'm gonna do this regularly from now on. Any suggestions for something similar? 🤩💕

I love the windmill study 😍

Yeah, that's so interesting! I'm from Finland and here the apparatus pilates is just now starting to be THE thing. 😅 And I've moved on (back) already.

Thank you so much! I hear you... I'm a hypermobile person as well 😅 And struggling with consistency... Starting here and there and only thing consistent is the constant shift of focus 😭

Ok, there are some things that I've sticked to such as pilates; I've been teaching pilates since 2015. I'm a classically trained instructor and used to teach with apparatus also, but now for some years I've only did and taught mat pilates. 💕

This was amazing. As they always are... But today my intuition brought me to this and it was exactly what my hips were longing for. Thank you 🌸💕

Thank you 💕 I feel the same about Ruth's workouts. My ADHD brain fights against following schedules but also I get lost when there's a lot to choose from and I find myself scrolling through various amazing workout options and it's very hard for me to make decisions overall 😅 But I've loved every workout I've done here 💕

Hi Ruth and other Bad-Bs ❤️

I know your dancer background so I thought I could ask for some advice. I'm already 44 but I've found dance again during the past couple of years. I'm dancing mostly twerk and heels but I also started in a group that's mostly gonna do contemporary style. I don't have the strong basis of technique but I'm so eager to learn. I've figured that most likely I should start going to the gym to get more strength to master the technique (mobility and flexibility on the other hand are my strengths).

I don't like gym so much but I'll do it if I have to... But I'd rather do your workouts.

Any recommendations for my path? Should I focus on lower body or choose strength for every body part? Weighted? Circuits?

I'd love to hear your insight 💕

Also, it's basically all I've done during the past week since I'm grieving my mom passing away less than a week ago 😭 but this magnificent piece of art exercise has toned my tummy also 😍🥳💥
